If you place an advanced deposit with us in the amount of $2500, we will find you a home within 90 days or return your money minus $500 to cover our time and travel costs. Any home will find for you is subject to your approval. This $2500 will usually cover basic repair needs of a home as well as your option consideration fee. Question: What is "Option Consideration"? Answer: Option Consideration is money you give to NY Home Owners that guarantees your rent will never increase (unless taxes and insurance increases) and your purchase price of the home will always decreases month after month. This Option Consideration is non refundable and is not considered a "security deposit".
